Restaurant Draw

A Chapter member's name is drawn out of a hat once a month and they get to choose the restaurant that the Chapter will ride to. This is done ahead of schedule so that the name of the restaurant can be published in the newsletter. 

Of course, it would be fun to draw 15 minutes before the ride is scheduled to leave...
