Hayride / Cookout 

Have a Chapter hayride complete with ghost stories and throwing hay at each other. Build a big bonfire and cook hotdogs on sticks. Perhaps everyone could bring a covered dish to share. Bring thermos bottles full of hot chocolate or apple cider.
